Benefits

pH CONTROL FOR HEALTHIER PLANTS

Quickly and reliably lowers pH in nutrient solutions, reservoirs, and irrigation water.

Correct pH supports the availability of iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and essential trace elements, helping plants access the nutrition they need to thrive.

The citric acid formula is plant-friendly and safe for routine use across all growing systems.

Non-dangerous goods classification makes it safe and simple to store, handle, and ship Australia-wide.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the ideal pH range for my nutrient solution?

For most growing systems, a pH between 5.5 and 6.5 is recommended. Regular monitoring helps ensure plants can consistently access the nutrients available to them and maintain healthy growth.

Can I use GT pH Drop across different growing systems?

Yes. GT pH Drop is suitable for hydroponics, soil, coco coir, propagation systems, and tissue culture acclimatisation. It is designed for both hobby and commercial growers.

How much GT pH Drop should I use?

Add GT pH Drop gradually using a dropper, mix well, and re-test before adding more. The amount needed will vary depending on your water source and starting pH. Recording the number of drops used per litre is a good habit and will make future adjustments quicker and more consistent.

How do I know if my pH is too high?

If your pH is too high, plants may struggle to access key nutrients including iron, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. This can show up as yellowing leaves, slow growth, or signs of nutrient deficiency even when nutrients are present in the solution.

What is GT pH Drop made from?

GT pH Drop is a citric acid based solution. Unlike many harsh acid based pH reducers, it offers a safer, more grower-friendly formula suitable for routine use across all growing systems.
